What are the delivery charges?

Shipping costs are charged as below:

Domestic services:

  • West Malaysia - From RM8
  • East Malaysia - From  RM15

International services:

  • Singapore - From RM21

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customers.

Do you ship internationally?

For international purchases, we are able to ship to Singapore. For more information, please visit our Delivery Policy.

How long does delivery take?

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 business days.

Orders shipped internationally are in transit for up to 14 business days.

Is local pickup available?

Currently, we only ship directly to your address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

What if my order is missing, incorrect, or damaged?

If delivery time has exceeded the forecast time or your packaged has been damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@zyeoralcare.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

Order Modification & Cancellation

Can I make changes to my order after payment?

Orders cannot be changed after payment. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please email hello@zyeoralcare.com as soon as possible with your order details and request. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to assist, but this is not guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except in the case of sealed, unused items found to be defective upon receipt.
